Digital delivery
Web Audit Studio is the public product and seller brand. It is supplied as digital software made available for immediate download. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for checkout, payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and digital delivery.
Withdrawal rights
Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase, that right may be lost once the download begins after the buyer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that consequence. This does not affect rights relating to content that is faulty, not delivered, or materially different from its description.
Voluntary refund requests
Voluntary refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed for:
- a duplicate purchase or charge;
- failure to receive or access the download after reasonable troubleshooting;
- a reproducible defect that prevents a core feature from working in a supported desktop browser; or
- a material difference between the delivered product and its description.
A change of mind after downloading, use on an unsupported device, browser, or Lighthouse format, requests for an audit service, and loss of locally stored work caused by missing backups are not normally eligible for a voluntary refund.
How requests are handled
Download recovery, setup guidance, a replacement file, or a corrected version may be offered first when that can resolve the problem within a reasonable time. Refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and remain subject to its Buyer Terms.
Requests can be sent to webauditstudio@proton.me with the order number, product version, operating system, browser version, and clear reproduction steps. Client data should never be attached. This policy does not limit statutory rights.
